A) PREAMBLE

1. SkipperPedro is a registered trademark of Número Épico Lda, VAT 515377481

2. SkipperPedro is a boat charterer, organizes tours and nautical events.

3. When chartering vessels SkipperPedro seeks, for the end customer, the best vessel, which best suits the number of passengers, the nature of the freight and the day of the week and time when the charter takes place.

4. SkipperPedro ensures that charter vessels meet all safety and hygiene requirements, and are governed by two enclosed skippers.

5. A Tour Manager accompanies SkipperPedro's groups and might combine these functions with those of Skipper.

B) GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Customers must follow Skippers and Tour Manager instructions, thus ensuring their safety, as they follow all directions.

2. There is no obligation to compensate for delays by customers, neither the boat owner nor the charterer.

3. Clients must arrive at the departure point 15 minutes before the tour start time.

4. The maximum capacity of each vessel cannot be exceeded, and there must always be room for two crew members.

5. All prices shown are ex-VAT and include fuel, crew, and insurance.

6. Tours take place regardless of the weather conditions of the day.

7. Customers can bring their drinks and food on board and use refrigerators, crockery and running water, upon payment of a service charge of €2 per person.

8. Alternatively, catering services can be contracted with SkipperPedro.

C) PAYMENTS POLICY

1. To guarantee the reservation of the charter on the date, for a given tour, on a specific boat, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the event must be paid.

2. The remaining 50% must be paid within 48 hours before the Tour takes place.

3. To issue a registered invoice, our administration services need the recipient's identification and VAT.

4. Payments can be made by MBway (925351919), MB cards, Visa and MasterCard, and cash, or by bank transfer to one of the following accounts:

D) CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS POLICY

1. Up to 15 days before the date of the event, the charter might be canceled by proceeding with the refund of the entire amount paid in advance.

2. Up to 5 working days before the date of the event, it can be canceled by returning 50% of the advanced amounts.

3. There is no refund if the cancellation is made less than 5 working days from the date of the event.

4. If storm weather conditions occur with winds greater than 35Km/h or grade 5 on the Beaufort Scale, or if serious disturbances of order or public health that impose a state of emergency or calamity occur, the event may be postponed to another time or date after the agreement of the parties.

E) Referral Rewards
A 20€ voucher is provided for each referred new individual booking a boat trip. 
Vouchers are valid for 1 year, are transferable and are used only once for partial payment of a boat trip, and do not entitle returns or refunds.
